Requirements:
1. An application form available at the Embassy.
2. Palestinian blue I.D card with 2 photocopies.
3. UNRWA refugee card with 2 photocopies.
4. Actual travel document with 2 photocopies.
5. Three recent photos (Size 4, 3 x 3, 5; cm, white background, showing the face from 70% to 80%, and not drawn from another photo).
6. Presence of both parents and the child at the Embassy is a must to renew or issue a new travel document for applicants between 3 months and 18 years old.
7. Fees paid in cash: One Year $60, Three Years $180, Five Years $300
