Middle East Airlines (MEA) has announced the resumption of its weekly flight to and from Lagos, starting the 23rd of September 2020, according to the following schedule:
1-Every Wednesday from Beirut to Lagos
Departing Beirut 09:05 arriving Lagos 15:05
2-Every Friday from Lagos to Beirut
Departing Lagos 18:15 arriving Beirut 02:45+1
For inbound passengers (Beirut-Lagos): all passengers must have a negative PCR test dated within 96 hours prior to boarding and are required to register via an online national payment portal https://nitp.ncdc.gov.ng/
For outbound passengers (Lagos-Beirut): all passengers travelling to Lebanon must perform a PCR test latest 96 hours before departure to Lebanon, and complete the medical form issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health prior to their arrival to Lebanon: https://arcg.is/0GaDnG
They are also required to have a prepaid hotel booking for 48 hours in one of the hotels designated by the Ministry of Tourism in Lebanon until the PCR test results are out.
